1. Your Right to Delete Personal Data
Etex Global Ltd. ("OIA"), Company Reg. No. 516532314, respects your right to control your personal data. In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981), GDPR principles, and Meta and Google platform requirements, you may request deletion of your personal data from our systems at any time.
2. Data That Can Be Deleted
Upon request, we will delete the following categories of data associated with your account:
- Account profile information: Name, email address, phone number, business details, login credentials
- Contacts and leads: Customer records, lead information, contact lists stored in the CRM
- Messages and communications: WhatsApp message history, SMS logs, email records, campaign logs
- Files and media: Images, documents, and files uploaded to the platform
- Usage data: Activity history, preferences, settings, analytics data
- Meta/Facebook data: All data received through connection to Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business API
- Google data: All data received through connection to Google services (Calendar, Contacts, etc.)
3. Data That May Be Retained
In accordance with legal requirements, certain data may not be deletable and may be retained for additional periods:
- Financial and accounting records: Invoices, receipts, and billing records — retained up to 7 years per Israeli tax law
- Records required for active legal proceedings: Data needed for ongoing disputes or investigations
- Anonymous and aggregated data: Data that has been anonymized and cannot be linked back to an individual
4. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through the following methods:
4.1 By Email
Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your OIA account
- A description of what you want deleted (specific data types, or "all data")
- Whether you would like to export your data before deletion
4.2 By Phone
Call us at: +972-55-976-3383 (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)
4.3 In-App (If Available)
If available in your account settings, you can request deletion from within the OIA platform. Navigate to your account settings and look for the data deletion option.
5. Deletion Process and Timeframe
Once we receive your deletion request, the following process applies:
- Identity verification: We will verify your identity using your registered email address or other identifying information. This step protects against unauthorized deletion requests
- Request confirmation: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request within 3 business days
- Data export (optional): If you requested an export, we will provide your data in CSV or JSON format before proceeding with deletion
- Deletion execution: Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days of request confirmation. Complete purging from all backups may take up to 90 days
- Deletion confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that the deletion has been completed
6. Deleting Facebook / Meta Data
If you used Facebook Login or connected your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business account to OIA:
- You may request deletion of all data received from Meta using any of the methods described in Section 4 above
- Alternatively, you can revoke OIA's permissions directly in your Facebook account settings: Settings → Apps and Websites → OIA → Remove
- Upon revoking permissions, all data received from Meta will be deleted from our systems within 30 days (complete purge from backups within 90 days)
- This includes: public profile data, page data, message data, and campaign data received through Meta APIs
7. Deleting Google Data
If you connected Google services (Calendar, Contacts, Gmail, etc.) to your OIA account:
- You may request deletion of all data received from Google using any of the methods described in Section 4 above
- Alternatively, you can revoke access in your Google account: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access → OIA → Remove Access
- Upon revoking access, all data received from Google will be deleted from our systems within 30 days (complete purge from backups within 90 days)
8. End Users of OIA Customers
If you are a customer of a business that uses the OIA platform (and not a direct OIA user):
- Please contact the business directly to request deletion of your data. The business is the Data Controller regarding your information
- The business is responsible for handling your deletion request in accordance with applicable law
- If your request to the business is not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, you may contact us at [email protected] and we will assist in coordinating with the business
