1. Your Right to Delete Personal Data

Etex Global Ltd. ("OIA"), Company Reg. 516532314, respects your right to control your personal data. In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981) and GDPR principles, you may request deletion of your personal data from our systems at any time.

2. Data That Can Be Deleted

• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, business details
• Usage data: Activity history, preferences, settings
• Customer data: Leads, contacts, message history stored in the system
• Meta/Facebook data: All data received through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business connection
• Google data: All data received through Google services connection
• Files and media: Images, documents, and files uploaded to the system

Note: Certain data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., accounting documents — up to 7 years per Israeli tax law).

3. How to Submit a Deletion Request

By Email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" including:

• Your full name and identification details (registered email address)
• Type of data you wish to delete (or "all data")
• Whether you would like to export your data before deletion

4. Deletion Process

1. Identity verification: We will verify your identity using your registered email or identifying details
2. Request confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your request within 3 business days
3. Data export (optional): If requested, we will provide your data in CSV/JSON format before deletion
4. Deletion execution: Deletion will be completed within 30 days of request confirmation
5. Deletion confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the deletion is complete

5. Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you used Facebook Login or connected your Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp account to the OIA platform:

• You may request deletion of all data received from Meta using the methods described in Section 3
• Alternatively, you can revoke OIA's permissions in your Facebook account settings: Settings → Apps and Websites → OIA → Remove
• Upon revoking permissions, all data received from Meta will be deleted from our systems within 30 days

6. Google Data Deletion

If you connected Google services to your OIA account:

• You may request deletion of all data received from Google using the methods described in Section 3
• Alternatively, you can revoke access in your Google account: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps → OIA → Remove Access
• Upon revoking access, all data received from Google will be deleted from our systems within 30 days

7. Data That Cannot Be Deleted

In accordance with legal requirements, certain data may not be deletable, including:

• Accounting documents (invoices, receipts) — retained up to 7 years per tax law
• Records required for active legal proceedings
• Anonymous and aggregated data that cannot be personally identified

8. End Users of OIA Customers

If you are a customer of a business that uses the OIA platform (and not a direct OIA user):

• Please contact the business directly. The business is the Data Controller regarding your information
• The business is responsible for handling deletion requests in accordance with applicable law
• If your request to the business is not addressed, you may contact us for coordination assistance
